Qualified facility maintenance technician
repairable items: These items must be kept in
good repair to insure continued warranty
coverage. All other parts are not to be repaired by
the user. No items are repairable by the operator.
Battery Charger Power Cord
Some parts on the WheelChair Mover are rebuildable but all of those parts require a
qualified facility maintenance technician or a Dane Technologies authorized service
technician to do the removal and replacement of the part.
Needle nose pliers (caster cleaning)
Mechanics knife (caster axle cover)
#2 Phillips screwdriver (anti-static wire)
T20 Torx (front, back covers)
T27 Torx (wheel side covers)
7/16” socket (jaws, battery hold down, front wheel nuts)
1/2” socket (caster wheel axle)
9/16” socket (battery cable)
3/4" socket (caster swivel)
