WheelChair Mover Precautionary Notes
1) Improper use and operation of the WheelChair Mover may void the warranty.
2) Always look at the path in front of and behind the WheelChair Mover before
operating the machine and in the direction of motion while operating the machine.
3) Drive cautiously around people, in hallways and rooms.
4) Only operate the WheelChair Mover under adequate and safe lighting conditions.
5) Drive slowly while turning and on inclines especially when operating without a
wheelchair attached.
6) Carefully back down steep inclines when transporting a patient.
7) It is very important that you read Appendix: What you need to know about EMI
regarding the possible effects of electromagnetic interference on your WheelChair
Mover.
8) Store only in a dry environment and avoid temperature extremes.
CAUTION:
Turning the WheelChair Mover off using the red
service maintenance key while in motion will bring
the WheelChair Mover to an abrupt stop. This
sudden stop may cause discomfort to the
wheelchair patient.
