Using a needle nose pliers or other tool remove debris built up around the caster
wheel.
After cleaning, lower the machine and repeat for the other wheel.
Insert the red service maintenance key and turn it. Turn on the machine and test it
for correct operation.
5) If a caster wheel needs to be replaced, follow this procedure:
Turn off the red service maintenance switch and remove the key.
In a clear open area, use the handlebars to pull the machine to the side opposite the
caster being replaced and lay it down on the floor.
