Wind This function requires that a wind velocity sensor is connected to the system. It in-
creases the flow temperature in the heat circuit if the wind velocity grows above the
setpoint.
Display text Parameter Default value,
range
Description
Setpoint
Default value:
10 m/s
Range:
0-50 m/s
When the wind velocity is above this
value, the calculated flow temperature
will be modified according to the ampli-
fication factor
Amplification
Default value:
0.1 K
Range:
–25.0 - 25.0 K
Amplification factor for modification of
calculated flow temperature caused by
wind velocity
A negative amplification causes a reduc-
tion of the calculated flow temperature, a
positive amplification causes an increase.
Normally, the amplification is positive
Sun This function requires that a sun sensor is connected to the system. It reduces the flow
temperature in the heat circuit when the sun intensity rises above the setpoint.

0-999 W/m

When the sun intensity is above this
value, the calculated flow temperature
will be modified according to the ampli-
fication factor
Amplification
Default value:
–0.1 K
Range:
–25.0 - 25.0 K
Amplification factor for modification of
calculated flow temperature caused by
sun intensity
A negative amplification causes a reduc-
tion of the calculated flow temperature, a
positive amplification causes an increase.
Normally, the amplification is negative
Universal This function allows you to set up a customized limiting function. How the limiter
will work depends on the type of sensor connected to the input. This function is ex-
tremely flexible and is used for very special applications.
Please refer to the ECL 2000 Technical Manual (ref. [3]) for documentation of the
Universal limiter.
