35 INITIAL CHECKS
Start e filtration pump before e heat pump is
turned on, and turn off e heat pump before e
filtration pump. It is recommended to turn off e heat
pump prior to backwashing.
Before starting e heat pump, please check for
any leakage of water; and check/set e required
temperature on e controller, and en turn on.
In order to protect e components, e heat pump
incorporates time delays. When starting heating/cooling
e fan will run for one minute before e compressor
starts. When e heat pump stops heating/cooling, or
is turned off by e user, e fan will continue to run for
one minute.
Aer starting up, check for any error codes or abnormal
noise from e heat pump.
