N° Problem
Probable cause Solution
The lifetime of the PTS filter has
been reached.
The PTS filter is damaged
(punctured or torn).
and away from the product.
Consult the manual for
instructions.
Replace the PTS filter.
Replace the filter. Avoid
getting the filter in contact
with pointed objects and
don't clean it with liquids.
4
Back pressure in the suction
hose.
Dust creation in the
powder container.
The opening delay between the
vacuum valve and the powder
inlet valve is not long enough.
The closing of the powder inlet
valve is too slow.
The installation has been wrongly
connected to the control panel.
The powder inlet, vacuum or
pressure valve is defective.
The powder inlet valve is no
longer tight.
Increase the delay between
the opening of the vacuum
and the powder inlet valve
(Timer 10.1 for a pneumatic
control panel).
Install rapid release valves on
the actuator of the valve.
Increase the delay between
the closing of the powder inlet
and the vacuum valve (Timer
17.1 for a pneumatic control
panel).
Check the pneumatic
connections.
Repair or replace the valve.
Replace the sleeve of the
valve.
5
Only partial or no emptying
at all of the PTS body.
The installation has been wrongly
connected to the control panel.
The emptying time is insufficient.
The discharge pressure is
insufficient.
The PTS body gets filled rapidly.
Check the pneumatic
connections.
Increase the discharge time in
order to empty the body
completely (at least 4 - 5 s).
Increase the discharge
pressure in order to empty the
powder completely at each
cycle.
Decrease the suction time in
order not to suck in too much
powder at each cycle.
