Menu Item Description
NOTE: DPAT works when DPAT is enabled in BIOS setup and either one of the following settings is
available:
• System Prole is set to Maximum Performance. This automatically enables Turbo mode.
• System Prole is set to Custom and CPU Power Management is set to Maximum Performance and
Turbo is enabled.
NOTE: When DPAT is disabled, fan oset speed does not change and remains high. Set Fan oset to
normal on the iDRAC Thermal Settings page.
Number of Cores
per Processor
Allows you to control the number of enabled cores in each processor. By default, the Number of Cores per
Processor option is set to All.
Processor 64-bit
Support
Species if the processor(s) support 64-bit extensions.
Processor Core
Speed
Displays the maximum core frequency of the processor.
Processor Bus
Speed
Displays the bus speed of the processors.
NOTE: The processor bus speed option displays only when both the processors are installed.
Processor 1
NOTE: The following settings are displayed for each processor installed in the system.
Family-Model-
Stepping
Displays the family, model and stepping of the processor as dened by Intel.
Brand Displays the brand name reported by the processor.
Level 2 Cache Displays the total L2 cache.
Level 3 Cache Displays the total L3 cache.
Number of Cores Displays the number of cores per processor.
SATA settings screen details
You can use the SATA Settings screen to view the SATA settings of SATA devices and enable RAID on your system.
To view the SATA Settings screen, click System Setup Main Menu > System BIOS > SATA Settings.
The SATA Settings screen details are explained as follows:
Options
Description
Embedded SATA Enables the embedded SATA to be set to O, ATA, AHCI, or RAID modes. This option is set to AHCI by default.
Port E Auto enables BIOS support for the device attached to SATA port E. O disables BIOS support for the device. Port
E is set to Auto by default.
Port F Auto enables BIOS support for the device attached to SATA port F. O disables BIOS support for the device. Port
F is set to Auto by default.
