Steps
1. Remove the screw that secures the system fan base plate to the chassis.
2. Slide the system fan base plate towards the front of the chassis to release it from the system.

3. Unroute the system fan cable from the routing channel on the system fan base plate.
4. Stretch the grommets securing the fan.
5. Pull the fan away from the grommets.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to release the fan from the remaining grommets.
