3. Align the screws on the heat sink with the standoffs on the system board.
NOTE: Orient the heat sink fan appropriately so that the heat sink fan cable position is closer to the memory
modules.
4. Using the Phillips #2 screwdriver, tighten the screws on the heat sink in the order mentioned below:
a) Tighten the first screw three turns.
b) Tighten the screw diagonally opposite to the screw you loosened first.
c) Return to the first screw and tighten it completely.
d) Repeat the procedure for the remaining two screws.
5. Connect the heat sink assembly cable to the connector on the system board.
NOTE:
Ensure to loop the heat sink fan cable around the heat sink fan screw head
