Using the Computer
Creating a Report for Sent or Outgoing Faxes
1. Click Start® Programs or All Programs® Dell PC Fax® Dell PC Fax.
For Windows Vista:
a. Click ® Programs.
b. Click Dell PC Fax.
c. Click Dell PC Fax.
2. From Sending Faxes, click Create Report.
3. Select a date range for your report.
4. Click the print button in the upper-left corner of the dialog to print the fax report.
Creating a Report for Received and Incoming Faxes
1. Click Start® Programs or All Programs® Dell PC Fax® Dell PC Fax.
For Windows Vista:
a. Click ® Programs.
b. Click Dell PC Fax.
c. Click Dell PC Fax.
2. From Receiving Faxes, click Create Report.
3. Select a date range for your report.
4. Click the print button in the upper-left corner of the dialog to print the fax report.
