Removing the optical drive

Prerequisites
1. Remove the computer cover.
2. Remove the front bezel.
Procedure
1. Place the computer on its side to access the parts inside the chassis.
2. Remove the two screws (#6-32x6.35) that secure the drive cage to the chassis.
3. Push the release tab on the chassis and slide the drive cage to release it from the chassis
4. Disconnect the data cable and power cable from the optical drive.
5. Disconnect the data cables and power cables from the hard drives.
6. Lift the drive cage out of the chassis.
