Prerequisites
1. Remove the computer cover.
2. Remove the fan shroud.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the processor-fan cable from the system board.
2. Loosen the captive screws that secure the thermal-cooling assembly to the system board.
3. Lift the thermal-cooling assembly off the system board.
