1 Disconnect the battery cable from the system board.
2 Remove the four screws (M2x2) that secure the battery to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3 Remove the screw (M1.6x4) that secures the battery to the system board and palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4 Lift the battery o the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
Installing the battery
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
