Removing the smart-card reader
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the SD card.
3. Remove the base cover.
4. Remove the battery.
5. Remove the WLAN card.
6. Remove the WWAN card.
7. Remove the primary M.2 SSD.
8. Remove the inner frame.

Steps
1. Disconnect the touchpad buttons FPC from the touchpad.
2. Disconnect the smart-card reader FFC from the connector on the USH daughter board.
3. Peel the smart-card reader FFC from the touchpad.
4. Remove the two (M2x2.5) screws that secure the smart-card reader to the computer.
5. Remove the smart-card reader from the computer.
