Replacing the display assembly

Procedure
1 Replace the rubber feet.
2 Slide the tabs on the display assembly into the slots on the display-
assembly base.
3 Replace the display-assembly base on the display assembly.
4 Replace the screws that secure the display-assembly base to the display
assembly.
5 Route the optical-drive data cable, touch-board cable, display backlight
cable, hard drive cables and control-buttons board cable through the
routing guides on the display-assembly base.
6 Replace the screws that secure the optical-drive data cable to the
display-assembly base.
Post-requisites
1 Replace the display cable.
2 Replace the system board.
3 Replace the wireless card.
4 Replace the speakers.
5 Replace the memory module.
6 Replace the heat sink.
7 Replace the fan.
8 Replace the camera.
9 Replace the system-board shield.
10 Replace the microphone.
11 Replace the control-buttons board.
