Chapter 11 : Troubleshooting
1. When a problem occur, please check if the following situation exists before
contacting Delta service personnel:

Is the main input voltage present?
2. Please have the following information ready if you would like to contact the Delta
service personnel:
z
Unit information including model, serial number, etc.
z
An exact description of the problem. The more detailed description of the
problem, the better.
3. When you see the following problems occur, please follow the solutions shown
below.

Fault
Charger is damaged. Contact service personnel.

Fan
Fault
Fan is damaged or
stuck.
1. Check if foreign matter
is stuck in the fan. If yes,
please remove it.
2. Contact service personnel.

Tempera-
ture
The UPS temperature is
too high.
1. Check whether the UPS’s
ventilation is normal.
2. Decrease the loads.
3. Check whether the fan
runs normally.
