Procedure
Step 1 Click on to back to monitor.
Step 2 Press on to display menu.
Step 3 Press on “RMA” to enter RMA page.
Step 4 Complete user info if it shows “incomplete”
Step 5 Click on RMA button.
Step 6 Pick your email app and send email.
