  Communication Parameters for VFD-CFP2000 Connected to Ethernet   
When VFD-CFP2000 is linking to Ethernet, please set up the communication parameters base 
on the table below. Ethernet master will be able to read/write the frequency word and control word of 
VFD-CFP2000 after communication parameters setup.
