Minimal Eective Dose (MED) is an automatic program which can be used for
rehabilitation and prevention when there is physical stress, psychic and emotional
overstrain, chronic fatigue syndrome or internal organs diseases, or for prevention of
cold-related diseases in epidemic season. It is used minimum once a day for a course of
8–12 days.
