8 Maintenance, Cleaning and Troubleshooting
8.1 Maintenance
The MATRIX control panel is maintenance-free.
8.2 Cleaning
Perform the following work at regular intervals:
Clean the MATRIX control panel only with a soft cloth.
Check the casing as well as the operating elements and if necessary the digital
display for damage.
8.3 Operation messages and troubleshooting
On the following pages you will find the operation messages for the MATRIX con-
trol panels OP5xx, with the respective description and possible remedy.
NOTE
Do not clean the casing of the MATRIX control panel with aggressive agents!
Make sure that no moisture penetrates into the casing!
For unit configuration IP20: Make sure that the ventilation slots in the casing are
not closed.
NOTE
The relevant message texts are connected with the designation of the respec-
tive unit/module (location) and displayed on the OP5xx control panels.
