the error message.

13.1 Dew/pump
failure
There is a defect in the condensate pump or the conden-
sation sensor. ➜ For troubleshooting and repair, see the
operation manual of the air treatment unit.

13.2 Frost protec-
tion is active
The frost protection is active The temperature of the supply
air has dropped to 4°C or less. ➜ To ensure a proper heat-
ing medium supply, possibly check the valve control or boil-
er control (also see operation manual of the air treatment
unit).

13.3 Motor protec-
tion has trig-
gered
The motor protection has triggered. Fan motor temperature
is too high. ➜ Allow fan motor to cool down and switch on
once again. In case of recurrence, remedy the cause of
overheating (see operation manual of the air treatment
equipment).

13.4 Louvre data
missing
Data for the control of the secondary-air louver is missing.
➜ Check connection of the room/supply-air sensor, possi-
ble cable break/short-circuit or missing, even though the
control for the secondary-air louver (software) requires a
sensor.

➜ Remove and clean the filter. (For maintenance
