What to do if my Denon DBT-3313UDCI Media Player power does not turn on?

If the Denon Media Player's power does not turn on, check for abnormalities in the primary side circuit, such as D501, D502, D503, D504, Ce501, Q501, and U501. Replace any defective parts. Also, check the connection circuits of PCON (e.g., Q506), +5V (e.g., Q512, Q505), +12V (e.g., D511, Q510, Q509, Q508, Q507, ZD503), -12V (e.g., D512, Q511, ZD504, U512) and +12V (e.g. Q507, Q508) for abnormalities, replacing any defective components. If there are no issues with the POWER board, consider replacing the MAIN PCB. Alternatively, if there is an abnormality of the board for MAIN, replace the MAIN PCB.
