Are there output from the (three-terminal) regulator IC,

· U11 3pin : +9V
· U12 3pin : -9V
· U9 2pin : +5V
· U10 2pin : +3.3V
· Insert the 4p cable into the XP3.
· Insert 20P FFC into the XP1.
