Section II Pre-installation
Electrical Contractor's Procedure
To ensure the most successful operation of the cabinet
mounted unit and provide the dentist with maximum
flexibility and convenience, consider the unit's dimen-
sions and use the DCM rotation/reach diagram below
as a guide to select the best mounting location that will
satisfy the following criteria:
4Easy access to utilities  cabinet must be
able to accommodate installation of utilities.
4Adequate mounting support  cabinet and
frame must be strong enough to support the
unit head with all accessories when the arms are
fully extended.
NOTE: Additional mounting
support is recommended for cabinets constructed
of particle board or containing thin side walls.
4 Proximity to dental chair  provide
convenient access to dentist's work area.

Electrical contractor's parts are not supplied.
The electrical contractor is to provide a covered 115
VAC receptacle which meets all applicable utility codes
and regulations.
