Maintain the prescribed oil level by adding oil as needed. Also, tighten the flywheel screw to the correct torque specifications and check and tighten the compressor mounting screws. Adjust the belt tension. If there is carbon build-up, remove the head and valve plate, clean the valve plate and the top of the piston, and reassemble using new gaskets.
