q Clamp Service Jig ( 559617-99) in a Vice.
q Position the Main casting on to the
Jig 559617-99.
q Make sure the pin on the CrankShaft (45)
locates into the recess on the Jig.
q Then locate the socket part of the Jig into the large
Gear(43).
q Remove Gear Anti-clockwise
q Remove Double Gear (42) using a Puller.
