Import from a USB device
To import music from a USB device create a folder in the USB ´s memory and copy the music you want to
import inside it. The music mustn’t be in the root path of the USB.
Tap on ‘Add music from external drivers’ box.
The system will show the folders stored in the USB device connected to the HDD input. Go to the folder
where the music is and tap it. The system will ask if you want copy it or link it. Please make your choice.
The messages we just explained will also appear when you import from a USB device.
How to check that music has been imported
To verify that the music has been added to the Library Music and is ready to be played, you can check the
playlist “Recently Imported” (left menu -> Playlist -> Recently Imported).
New tracks are added to the bottom of the list.
This playlist is cleared when the aria is shut down.
Note: You will notice that music imported from an external HDD/SSD or NAS is automatically added and
merged with the music library from the ripped CDs, so all your music is available in only one library.
Playing music. Selection criteria: A detailed explanation
On the left side of the application there is a vertical menu that enables to select how your music is going
to be sorted on the right side. By default, it is intended to do a first selection based on the genre. This
means that when you tap on any metadata field (ex. composer) you’d then indicate a genre and the app
will show the composer in this particular genre.
Just tap on the cover art to go one level down and see the albums in this option.
