16 LIMITED WARRANTY
DigiBit Technology Limited Two Years Warranty
Your aria product has been manufactured to precise standards, and with rigid quality control throughout
every process of manufacturing. It is warranted by DigiBit Technology against faulty materials or
workmanship for two (2) full years from the original date of purchase.
Except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, DigiBit Technology makes no other warranties,
express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. DigiBit Technology expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any
implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the limited warranty period.
This warranty applies only to aria brand products purchased from DigiBit Technology or an authorized
DigiBit Technology retailer. The warranty provided is only applicable to the country in which the product
was purchased and the warranty does not apply to any aria brand products sold by unauthorized products
that are taken outside of the country within which it was originally purchased.
This Limited Product Warranty is applicable to hardware products sold by DigiBit Technology resellers
worldwide as listed in the addendum “Countries for Limited Product Warranty”. The limited product
warranty will be honored in any country where DigiBit Technology or its authorized service providers offer
warranty service subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Product Warranty. However,
warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country and may also be
subject to registration requirements.
During the warranty period DigiBit Technology will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of
charge provided that:
1. The product has been registered at the website www.ariamusicserver.com
2. The product is returned to DigiBit Technology or the local authorized service centre with
evidence of the purchase date in accordance with the claims procedure outlined below
