Operation
Timer
Press
repeatedly until the desired number of hours of the timer is displayed. When
this function is active, the replace will turn off after a set amount of time. The timer
can be set from 30 minutes to 8 hours in intervals of 30 minutes.
To turn the timer off, press repeatedly until 0 appears on the display.
While the timer is active, press once to see the time remaining.
Controls Lock
Hold
and at the same time for 2 seconds to lock or unlock the hidden touch
controls. This action must be performed on the hidden touch controls.
When controls are locked, the replace can still be operated using the remote control.
Factory Reset
While the unit is in standby, hold
and at the same time for 2 seconds to restore
the unit to its factory default settings. This action must be performed on the hidden
touch controls.
Resetting the Temperature Cutoff Switch
Should the heater overheat, a manual limit cut-out will turn the unit off and it will not come back on without being
reset. If the button on the unit is pressed, Er2 will be displayed on the unit. It can be reset by turning the unit off at
the main disconnect panel and waiting 5 minutes before turning the unit back on.
