5.2. PROBLEMS WITH PLATFORM MOVEMENTS
FAULT REMEDY
3. None of the platform movements is operational though the outriggers are down, the
driving is operational
The outrigger signal light between the
outrigger control levers is not illuminated.
Make sure that the outriggers are steady
supported on the ground. Check operation of
the safety limit switches RK11, RK12, RK13
and RK14.
4. None of the outriggers moves
The boom does not rest properly on the
support.
Check the boom support and the operation
of the RK3.
5. None of the driving operations works though the outriggers are in the upper
position
The engine speed will increase.
Check the operation of the engine speed
sensor.
6. Disturbance of platform movements - only one of the movements is operational
Irregularandindenitemalfunctions.
Checkthatthehydraulicoilandthelters
have been changed.
Thoroughly clean the solenoid valve spools
andhousings(requiresutmostcleanliness-
not all contaminants can be spotted with the
nakedeye).
Also temporary contact failures in the
joysticks may cause malfunctions.
Spray with moisture repellent.
None of the boom movements is operational,
theredsignallightontheplatformisashing
and the buzzer sounds.
Overloading of the boom has occurred, at
rstretractthetelescopeusingtheseparate
button and try again.
