If your DirecTV Receiver's wireless client (C61W) shows a grey or black screen without a banner, try these steps: * Change channels. * Turn off the wireless client (C61W) for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. * Make sure your TV is on the correct input. * Check the cables and connections to the TV, trying a different cable and input if possible. * Run a system test on the Genie server and troubleshoot any error codes. * Check the LED status light on the WVB2 and the wireless client (C61W), consulting their respective troubleshooting guides. * Power-cycle the router. * Reset the WVB2, the Genie server (waiting for it to boot up), and the client (waiting for the network LED to turn green and then waiting an additional 2 minutes). * Consider switching to a BB-DECA.
