4Telephoning
Connection hand-over to analogue port
On distybase duo plus the handsets can hand-over an active connection
to the analogue port by dialling

Hold
To prevent the caller hearing conversations in the room during a call, the
caller can be put on hold using

. The call is also retrieved by
pressing

.
Internal enquiry calls
During an external call,

+ handset number can be used to setup an
internal enquiry call while the first call is put on hold.

is used to
retrieve the external call.
Toggling
During an external call, you can toggle back and forth between that call
and an internal call.

+ handset number can be used to start the
internal call, and
**0
can be used to toggle between the two calls.
4.1.2 Outgoing calls
Lift the receiver and press the handset key on your phone. Dial the
number for the subscriber required.
Outgoing calls with dedicated line seizure
To use one of the specific lines available on your distybase duo/
duo plus/duo exant, dial
#1
or
#2
in front of the number of required
subscriber. If this manual selection is not used, the line specified in the
default setting is used automatically (see parameter 12).
Blacklisted numbers
If numbers are included in an excluded area, a busy tone is sounded
after a blacklisted number is dialled (see parameters 40-42).
Provider selection
The provider setting made (see parameter 46), you can deactivate this
by dialling
#60
in front of the number of the required subscriber and
activate by dialling
#61
. This input is effective for the next call.
Analogue port
Outgoing calls are possible only to the external lines, but not to
registered handsets.
