05 OIL PUMP
General
The oil pump is driven by the clutch drum.
Lugs 1 on the clutch drum transfer power to the arms
on the oil pump drive 2. The drive worm of the oil
pump drive engages in the teeth of the oil pump
piston 3.
This means that oil is supplied only when the saw
chain is moving.
The oil pump is attached to the crankcase with 2
Torx screws 4 M5 x 12.
