Meaning / Cause Troubleshooting
In 01 None
Blocking
The door is blocked by an obstacle and the door
movement was stopped by the drive.
The door movement should be checked when de-
energized and anything prohibiting ease of movement
must be rectified. Permanent operation on a defective
door can result in damage to the drive. Blocking is
often triggered by the people using the door. This may
be due to the fact that the sensors’ detection range
does not match the drive’s opening speed and the door
is unavoidably bumped into by persons using it. In this
case, the sensors’ detection range should be increased
and/or the drive’s opening speed should be increased.
The effectiveness must be proven by attempts to use
the door.
In 08 None
Deactivation of drive function
Contact 4/4a is open. The drive switches to
emergency mode and can now only be used
manually.
An emergency pushbutton, a lock switch or another
safety system can be connected to the input. Either
the system has actually triggered this or a defect is
present. The trigger must be reset.
The drive starts operation automatically. If this is not
the case, the wiring and the systems that caused the
error must be checked.
In 09 None
Upgrade Card signal error
The installed Upgrade Card was removed or, if
two Upgrade Cards were installed, the Upgrade
Card installed first
(Container module) was not plugged back in.
Installed Upgrade Cards must remain permanently
connected to the control unit and may not be removed.
If several Upgrade Cards are installed, the first
Upgrade Card used is allocated the role of Container
module and must be reinserted into the control unit
last. (See chapter entitled “Upgrade Cards”).

Triggering of the hold-open system
The hold-open system was triggered.
The hold-open system can be triggered automatically
by the smoke detector and manually by pressing a
manual release pushbutton or disengaging the door
leaf. Recommissioning must take place by deliberate
action pursuant to DIN 18263-4.
Depending on the system’s configuration, this takes
place by the door being manually opened to the
learned opening angle, the PGS being switched to the
OFF position or a reset being performed using the
and
buttons on the internal control panel. During
this process, ensure that the smoke detector has not
triggered. If a reset is unsuccessful, there may be
a defect on the smoke detector connection and the
system must be checked by specialist staff.
In 23 None
Door locked signal
The door is blocked in the “closed” position.
Opening is impossible.
The most common cause of this is a locked door. This
error can be avoided if a lock switch is installed. The
lock switch detects the lock pin’s switching status and
switches the drive off if necessary. It is advisable to
use a lock switch, as persistent attempts to open the
locked door can lead to the drive or the door being
damaged.
In 61 None
Communication error in the event of double-leaf
operation
Communication between the two devices has
been interrupted.
The communication cable between the two drives
must be checked. Following a visual inspection, check
that the correct interface on the control unit is being
used.
In 72 None
Current measuring circuit
The cyclical test of the internal current measuring
circuit could not be performed successfully.
System tolerances and ambient conditions influence
the current measurement. For this reason it cannot
always be successfully completed the first time.
An information message is then displayed. This
may be the case if the door is used manually while
measurement is taking place.
The test is repeated automatically.
