3.1 Indications
Machine status and errors are communicated by means of LED indicators (On/Off/Blinking). It is also possible
to display the last error detected by connecting the service device. The following malfunctions may be displayed
directly after the service device is connected. (See chapter 4 page 1 for connection of the service device)

Heater switched on too long The heater remained on for more Safety device in the element

Boiler level low too long Boiler low level detected for more than Check/replace sieve, inlet valve

is switched on (water tank is not empty). squeezed or partly disconnected
Cooling temp too long high Cooling compartment temperature Check/replace the coffee pack,
exceeds 10°C/50°F for more than it may have been far too warm
3 hours Check/replace the NTC sensor,
Peltier element and cooling fan
Cooling temp too low Cooling compartment temperature Check/replace the coffee pack,
dropped under 1°C /34°F it may still be frozen
Check/replace the NTC sensor
Eeprom broken or not build in Data cannot be retrieved Check/replace Eeprom (see note
(default settings will be used instead) on pages of section 5K)
Eeprom (re)programmed Data cannot be retrieved immediately,
but within 3 attempts (retry on error)
Inlet valve too often open More than 500 ml16.9 fl oz water was Check/replace the inlet valve
supplied in the stand-by mode
Bad dosing!! B2 pulse < 6.6 ms or > 7.2 ms Check/replace the coffee pack

Machine status/error indications
Remark concerning Water tank Empty LED : If the fixed water connection is installed this
indicator does not refer to the water tank, but to an interrupted water supply to the boiler. It will
blink in case of an malfunction.
