CHAPTER 3
THE USE OF THE SHEETER
3.1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Doyon sheeters are designed to be used by qualified people in the pastry and bakery’s
business.
Open the tables and put the supports in the lowest position, [at 13 ¾ in., (35cm) from the
floor LMF624,LMA630 fig. 3.1 and 3.2].

Also, lower the security bars (fig. 3.3 and 3.4) near the canvas.

After these two procedures, plug the machine, but first, verify if the electric power is
correct.
