Cleaning
● Clean the device with compressed air.
● Clean out the Dräger tube holder (rubber part) with compressed
air after each use.
If the measurement has detected that the measured air is
contaminated:
● Clean the device with clean air for at least 6 minutes.
● Dismantle the measurement device in cases of greater
contamination, and clean the individual parts (except the dosing
unit) with soapy water.
● Dry with oil-free, dry air.
● Only clean the dosing unit
with oil-free, dry air in the
direction indicated by the
arrow.
● Assemble the measuring
device.
If the measurement has
detected that the air is contaminated with oil (only applies for high-
pressure systems):
NOTICE
Do not use soapy water to clean the dosing unit.
After cleaning the measurement device, ensure that each dosing
unit is screwed back into the corresponding connection on the
measurement device.
● Take out the pressure
reducer's air filter.
● Insert a new air filter and
screw into place.
● Clean the device with clean
air for at least 6 minutes.
● Dismantle the measurement
device in cases of greater contamination, and clean the individual
parts (except the dosing unit) with soapy water.
● Dry with oil-free, dry air.
● Only clean the dosing unit
with oil-free, dry air in the
direction indicated by the
arrow.
● Assemble the measuring
device.
Storage
Store all parts without deformations in a dry, cool, dust-free location.
Keep out of direct sunlight and heat. Strictly follow ISO 2230.
Store Dräger tubes safely away from unauthorised persons.
