Example:
CMV mode, ventilator rate 10 bpm, VT = 1 L
minute ventilation = 10 bpm x 1 L = 10 L/min
Time of operation =
Time of operation = approx. 56 minutes
NOTE: Gas consumption is reduced by approximately
50 % and the time for operation increases to approxima-
tely 110 minutes when Oxylog 2000 is switched to
"Air Mix".
Supply with oxygen from wall pipeline
● Attach high pressure hose with DISS connector to
Oxylog 2000 and connect to wall terminal with
appropriate quick connect probe.
Supply from O2-air blender
● Note supply pressures for O2 and medical gas input:
40 to 88 psi (4.0 to 6.0 bar)
Carrying system 2000
The carrying system 2000 is recommended for quick
mobile use of the Oxylog 2000:
Accommodates the Oxylog 2000 ventilator, O2 cylinder
with pressure regulator, accessory bag and circuit holder
– for immediate use of the ventilator,
see "Ordering Information".
