DANGER – Danger of Electric
Shock
Use and store the device only in closed
rooms.
Do not use and store the device in
rooms with high humidity.
Never immerse the device and the con-
necting cable in water or other liquids
and ensure that these components can-
not fall into water or become wet.
If the device falls into water while it
is connected to the mains power, pull
the mains plug out of the plug socket
immediately. Only after this should you
pull the device out of the water. Never
attempt to pull it out of the water while
it is connected to the mains power!
Never touch the device and the con-
necting cable with wet hands when the
device is connected to the mains power.
Do not use the device if it has malfunc-
tioned, fallen or been dropped into
water. Have it checked in a specialist
workshop before using it again to avoid
possible hazards.
WARNING – Danger of
Explosion
The CO2
2
cartridge is pressurised and
must not be heated up to a temperature
of over 50°C. Keep the CO
2
cartridge
away from naked flames, heat sources
and direct sunlight.
Do not throw the CO
2
cartridge into fire.
WARNING – Danger of Fire
Do not operate the device in the vicinity
of combustible material. Do not place
any combustible materials (e.g. card-
board, paper, plastic) on or in the device.
Do not cover the device during opera-
tion in order to prevent it from catching
fire. Do not insert anything into the ven-
tilation openings of the device and make
sure that they do not become clogged.
In the event of a fire: Do not extinguish
with water! Smother the flames with a
fireproof blanket, for example.
WARNING – Danger of Injury
Keep the packaging material away from
children and animals. There is a danger
of suffocation.
Make sure that the connecting cable is
always kept out of the reach of small
children and animals. There is a danger
of strangulation.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Materi-
al and Property
Switch off the device and pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket:
before assembling and taking apart
the device,
before inserting or removing the beer
keg or CO
2
cartridge,
before cleaning,
before maintenance,
before transporting the device,
before a thunderstorm.
If a fault occurs during operation, pull
out the mains plug. Otherwise always
switch off the device first before the
mains plug is pulled out.
Always pull the mains plug and never
the mains cable when disconnecting the
device from the mains power.
Do not pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable.
Protect the device from: fire and other
heat sources, persistent moisture, direct
sunlight and impacts.
Keep the device in a dry place at temper-
atures of between 0 and 40°C.
Never place objects on the device or the
connecting cable.
Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.
