The tap has not been opened fully.
► Always pull the tap handle (11) as far
as you can towards you so that it is at a
45° angle and hold it there.
The glass is being held vertically under the
tap (10).
► Hold the glass at an angle under the tap
so that the beer can run down the wall
of the glass.
The nozzle spout of the tap(10) is in the
beer.
► Do not dip the nozzle spout in the beer.
The beer is too warm.
The device is switched off.
► Switch on the device to activate the
cooling.
The beer was not cooled for long enough.
► Allow the beer to cool for at least 15
hours, ideally 24 hours.
The ventilation slots are covered or there is
no clearance of at least 20cm on all sides

this position.
The cooling container is heavily iced up
(Slight icing is normal.).
The device has been set up in a damp envi-
ronment.
► Set up the device in a drier environ-
ment.
The ambient temperature is too low.
► Make sure there is a sufficiently warm
ambient temperature.
The beer keg can only be tapped into
with a great deal of effort.
The tapping sword(15) has not been mois-
tened prior to tapping.
► Moisten the tapping sword by holding
it under cold, clear water.
