Fresh keg adapter: Press together the
fresh keg adapter on both sides at the

A new keg can then be connected (see the

“Cleaning”).
CLEANING
Please Note!
■ Remove the beer keg from the de-
vice before cleaning all the parts (see
the “After Use” chapter – “Emptying
the Beer Keg and CO2 Cartridge” and
“Changing the Beer Keg / Disconnecting
it from the Device”).
■ Do not clean the device or the accesso-
ries in the dishwasher!
■ Never pour liquid into the CO
2
line to
prevent damage to the device!
■ Do not use any corrosive or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the device.
These may damage the surface.
■ All parts must be completely dry before
they are assembled or stored away.
L
Specialist pump stockists sell dis-
infecting cleaners in powder form
which are ideally suited to cleaning
the device. Follow the operating in-
structions for the disinfecting cleaner!
The device should be cleaned after every
use, i.e. after the device is switched off.
There is no need for cleaning if, as soon as a
keg is emptied, a new keg for the same type
of beer is used.

1. Unscrew the tapping sword(15) from
the dispensing unit(Picture B).
2. Remove the valve unit(16).
3. Clean the valve unit and the tapping
sword with warm water and a little
detergent.
4. Wipe down the clips(14) and the
components of the CO
2
line with a damp
cloth if necessary. No liquid must be
allowed to get inside!
5. Dry off all parts thoroughly or allow
them to dry completely in the air.
6. Insert the valve unit into the clips and
screw on the tapping sword.
Fresh Keg Adapter, Drip Tray and
Drainage Grille
• Clean with warm water and a little
detergent.
Beer Hoses
• Clean the beer hoses with warm water
and detergent or a special disinfecting
cleaner.
• Use the cleaning balloon(24) for more
thorough cleaning. Use the cleaning
balloon to suck up water with cleaning
agent or detergent and flush it through
the hose. Repeat this a few times.
• Finally, rinse through with clear water.
Cooling Container
• Wipe out the inside and outside of the
cooling container (3) with a damp cloth if
necessary. If it is heavily soiled, use a little
detergent or a household cleaning agent.
