Alternatively, it could mean the bootloader has failed. To check if the bootloader has failed, enter communicator programming [*][8][installer code][851]. If access is granted, continue waiting for the initialization sequence to complete. If access is denied (long error tone), disconnect and then reconnect power to the communicator module.
