Replacing bulbs
Before replacing a burnt-out bulb, make sure that the new
one complies with voltage and wattage as specified on the
Electric System for that lighting device (page 101).
Removing the headlight bulbs (fig. 82, fig. 83, fig. 84,
fig. 85, fig. 86)
Remove the instrument panel covers (see page 68) and
release the clamps (1) of the light cover (2) to reach the
headlight bulbs.
L.h. High-beam bulb (fig. 83):
pull out the bulb cable (3) and disconnect the bulb from the
cable.
Note
Be careful to hold the new bulb at the base only.
Never touch the transparent body with your fingers or it
will blacken resulting in reduced bulb brilliancy.
