SYSTEM OPERATION
Never let the patient unattended during the acquisition process.
PREPARATION FOR USE
The equipment must be cleaned and disinfected before the use by a
new patient, observing the instructions included in this manual.
To prevent cross-contamination, use hygienic covers that must be
disposed of for each new patient, always observing if they are not
damaged.
Cover the sensor with the disposable plastic cover, also covering the cable to
ensure that it will not be in contact with the patient.
The sensor must be positioned manually.
In the case of manual placing, introduce the sensor in the mouth of the patient in the
deeper possible part.
The active surface of the sensor must be placed towards the source of X-Rays.
By inserting the sensor into the patient's mouth be careful to prevent
the patient from sucking in the protective plastic causing the
obstruction of the airways. In case of nausea, immediately remove the
sensor from the patient's mouth.
