- Contact the technical support
Image failure
USB cable failure
- Verify if the USB cable shows any damage indicative
- Verify USB connection with the computer
- Verify if the USB port of the computer has the capacity to
supply enough power for the proper operation of the
sensor.
Fail in the sensor due to physical damage (impact)
- Contact the technical service
In the case of pending issues, contact Alliage authorized technical service.
CABLE REPLACEMENT
Before starting the cable replacement procedure, disconnect the sensor
from the USB port of the computer to avoid damage to your equipment.
