If your Echo Trimmer engine runs but dies or doesn't accelerate properly, consider these possible causes: a dirty air filter (clean or replace it), a dirty fuel filter (replace the filter or fuel), a plugged fuel vent (clean or replace it), a dirty or worn spark plug (clean and adjust or replace it), improper adjustment (adjust), a cooling system that is dirty or plugged (clean), or a spark arrestor screen that's plugged (replace).
