Changing the product container:
1. Switch of
f the unit
2. Remove the empty product container from its position in the unit.
3. Lift the suction lance with the conical suction lance adapter out of product container
and leave to drip dry
.
4. Once the suction lance has dripped dry
, remove it from the product container.
ENVIRONMENT!
Danger to the environment caused by contamination of the water
network with the product/agent!
Environmental damage may be caused by contamination of the water
network with the product/agent! Dispose of the product/agent residues
properly
.
No further adjustment of the suction lance is required if the product
containers are the same.
If the size of the container has changed, either the position of the conical
suction lance adapter needs to be adjusted by moving it or another
suction lance needs to be selected.
5. Place the new product container next to the product container to be changed and
open the new container
.
CAUTION!
Risk from using non-validated products!
Using unauthorised cleaning agents can damage the sealing materials of
the unit and render the unit unusable.
Using non-validated products increases the risk to the operating
personnel.
6. Insert the suction lance with the conical suction lance adapter into the product
container
.
7. Insert the new product container in the correct position on the unit.
The change of product container is now complete and the unit can be put back into
service.
