2.2 WATER QUALITY
2.2.1 SUPPLY WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS*
2.2.2 WATER QUALITY AFTER FILTER*
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate
disinfecon before or aer the system.
* If water supply does not meet the requirements, service life of membrane and/or pre-lter
cartridges may be shortened.
** If your home is supplied with raw well water, perform laboratory test of your water before
in- stalling a reverse osmosis lter. If any of your water indices exceed the limit, consider using a
water treatment system to correct supply water quality. Refer to water treatment specialists or
companies for advice and proper equipment selecon.
