1. Test the output voltage (19 V) of power
adapter. If not the value, replace the
power adapter. If yes, do the following.
2. Test the output voltage (12-17.4 V) of
the battery. If not in the range, replace
the battery. If yes, do the following
3. Test whether the USB adapter board is
defective. Replace the board. If the
electrocardiograph still cannot start up,
rule out the possibility of this board
failure.

Test whether the
line arrangement
between USB adapter board and main
board
is poor. Change the line
arrangement. If the electrocardiograph
still cannot start up, rule out the
possibility of poor line arrangement.
5. If you have tried the above operations,
and the electrocardiograph still cannot
start up, try burning the system and
software. For details, contact the
manufacturer.
6. If the software cannot be re-burned,
you need to replace the main board or
upper casing parts.
