NETWORK AGGREGATION PLAN
With 18 parallel bridging ports (i.e., 18 distinct collision domains), the switch can
collapse a complex network down into a single efficient bridged node, increasing
overall bandwidth and throughput.
In the figure below, the 1000BASE-T ports on the switch are providing
1000 Mbps connectivity for up to 16 segments.
